Easy party appetizers

Quite often, we like to relish and share some good moments with friends. When we feel this way, the immediate thought would be “how about throwing a party at home?” It’s really good to meet all our friends and have fun, but we cannot escape party preparations, especially cooking. None of us would like to be in the kitchen all day cooking. You could opt for an-all-appetizer party; but many are under the impression that some really complicated appetizers are must in the party to please the guests. It is really not so, easy party appetizers can fulfill this task better. Let’s check out what are those.

Have your tried roasted garlic before? If not, then this is the perfect time for it. I tried this recipe and to my surprise it tasted better than I expected. Specialty about this appetizer is you can make it before hand, say 24 hours in advance.

The easiest starter I ever came across is the chips and dip, everyone would agree with me I believe. If you feel making salsa doesn’t interest you, then Taco Joe Dip would definitely do the trick. Its ingredients go here - a package of taco seasoning, a can of kidney beans, corn, and black beans, eight ounce of tomato paste, and half a cup of chopped onion. Combine all the ingredients together and slow cook for 5-7 hours and there you have the most delicious dip to serve with Tortilla chips. Feeling relieved huh!

Another equally easiest and tasty appetizer is sausage in a blanket. Or, buy some already made barbecue wings and cook in oven for some time, your lip-smacking appetizer is ready for the party.

Olives marinated with rosemary, thyme, green onions, vinaigrette made from olive oil, and lemon juice would go well with drinks. Allow the olive to marinate for a minimum of 24 hours.

You might have included multiple salty and savory items in the party menu, but adding smoothing sweet would make a fulfilling menu. The common choice for parties would be crackers, wafers, and some dips. Why don’t you try something different? A fruit platter can be a healthy and a safe alternative. A dried fruit tray is also a great choice, but it is little too expensive. For those who say I have no time to go shopping to buy ingredients for a fruit bowl or dried fruit tray, order them online and get it delivered at your door step. Isn’t it the most wonderful option of all?
