A cheese platter becomes an ubiquitous item in any function or party. It provides a delicious change to all those stereo type desserts that you find at the end of the party. Cheese can be made from goat, sheep and cow milk so it depends upon the kind of people you are inviting for your party. If you have lots of people who are watching their diet and calories, avoid a cheese platter that has its cheese made of cow’s milk.
